Q: I used the search filter, and I do not see my RV. What should I do?

Let us help. Send photos of your RV to info@rvgraphicsstore.com. Please send photos that show the complete side, complete front, and complete rear of the RV. Also, send photos of the graphics that you want to replace. We will respond to your inquiry and outline the feasibility and cost for replacing your graphics.

Q: Do I apply these decals with soap and water?

For most of our products, the answer is No. Because of the 3M Air Egress adhesive system, theย graphicsย are generally applied โ€˜dry.โ€™ย  RV manufacturers have all been using air-egress adhesives (mostly 3M) for the last 16 years. 3M does not recommend use of liquid application with the 3M Air Egress System.

If RV Graphics Store sells an older 3M vinyl that requires liquid application, it will clearly say so on the specific kit diagram.

Q: The graphics on my RV need repair. Can I do it myself or should I get a professional to do it?

Removing the old graphics, polishing your sidewalls, prepping for installation of new graphics, and then applying the new graphics is a time-intensive project. If you work full time and have a lot of responsibilities, repairing your own graphics is probably not something that you want to do yourself. Let an RV Service Center or a good RV collision shop repair your graphics. Ask for pricing on the removal of graphics, polishing the sidewalls before installation of new graphics, and then the installation of the new graphics themselves.

Q: Iโ€™ve ordered graphics for my RV. How do I find a professional installer?

Use our Dealer / Service Center locator to find someone to remove and replace your graphics. Or use a search engine to search for an "RV service center" near you. If you're a DIY-er, then you will find useful information on our Help Page that includes instructions and videos for the graphic restoration process.

Q: How long will my new graphics last? How do I protect them from aging?

With the proper safeguards, your new RV Graphics Store graphics should stay reasonably new for five years. In some cases, you can make them last much longer. If you keep your RV out of the weather when not in use and keep it clean, the exterior and graphics can look new for a long time. On our Help Page, you'll find helpful tips on how to protect and extend the life of your graphics.

Q: What happens if you send me the wrong item?

If weโ€™ve made the error, weโ€™ll correct it ASAP. Let us know, so we can give you an RMA (Return Material Authorization). If you ordered the wrong item, weโ€™ll see if we can assist you. Because all of our graphics are made to order, it is best to contact us with any questions prior to ordering to ensure you get the right product.

Q: What happens if I order the wrong graphic?

These products are made upon request. All sales are final. In the rare case, where weโ€™re able to exchange the item, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. We want you to get the graphics you really need. Please feel free to contact us with any questions prior to ordering.

Q: How long does it take for a graphic to arrive at my door?

It depends. When you place the order, we begin the process of creating your graphic. The average lead time from order to product completion is one to two weeks. However, delays in shipment can sometimes occur if we have shortages of materials or other manufacturing delays. RV Graphics Store uses UPS for almost all shipments, so you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Q: What happens if I need to return or exchange an order?

If weโ€™ve made the error or you received a damaged product, weโ€™ll correct it ASAP. Let us know, so we can give you an RMA (Return Material Authorization). If you ordered the wrong item, weโ€™ll see if we can assist you. In the rare case, where weโ€™re able to exchange an incorrectly ordered item, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Q: What if the product is damaged during shipping?

If you received a damaged product, weโ€™ll correct it ASAP. Let us know, so we can give you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and get you a UPS call tag. Also, we ask that you contact UPS to make a claim.

Q: Do you ship outside the US?

We only ship to Canada and the 50 US states.

Q: Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

We do. When you order, you can choose UPS expedited options like 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and more.

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

RV Graphics Store uses UPS for almost all shipments. We ship ground and have expedited options too. For special circumstances, alternative shipping can sometimes be made.

Q: Can I track my package?

RV Graphics Store uses UPS for almost all shipments. We will share the tracking number with you when the order goes out.ย You can go to the UPS.com website and put the tracking number into the field for tracking a shipment.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal credit.

Q: How do you protect my credit card information?

Your information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for โ€œhttpsโ€ at the beginning of the address of the web page. We never record or even see your credit card information. If you opt to pay with PayPal, you receive their additional security protections.

Q: What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

Because all of our graphics are made to order, all sales are considered final. If you contact us quickly, we may be able to cancel the order. Please call 714-401-1898. Itโ€™s always best to contact us with any questions prior to ordering.

Q: Do I need to have an account to order on your website?

No. You may checkout as a guest.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?

Because we do not do the prep work and installation ourselves, we cannot offer any type of warranty. We do guarantee that the product will be manufactured as statedย  in the material specs with regards to color, size, type of material, type of adhesive, etc. If you do not receive the correct product(s), then we will exchange or credit those products.

Q: How do I tell if the graphic is for the driverโ€™s side or the passengerโ€™s side? (FYI - Driverโ€™s side is L, passengerโ€™s side is R)

Our products are clearly labeled as left or right. However, this is sometimes an area of confusion because of different word selections from manufacturers.

Left or right or other terms are always defined by the point of view of the driver when looking forward:

  • Left Side terms include:ย  Left Hand (LH), Roadside (R/S) Driver Side (D/S)
  • Right Side terms include: Right Hand (RH), Curbside (C/S) Passenger Side (P/S)
  • When paired together parts are LH and RH or R/S and C/S or D/S and P/S

Tax is charged where the laws require us to do so. When you fill out your address at checkout, any required tax will be added.
