Do you have a minimum order?

No. If you purchase a graphic here, we’ll ship it to you.

How much is shipping?

It depends on what you order, where you live, and how fast you want it. While completing your order online, you will come across a UPS shipping cost estimator before finalizing your purchase. The actual shipping charge may differ, but the estimator is a good place to start.

What shipping methods do you offer?

RV Graphics Store uses UPS for almost all shipments. We ship ground and have expedited options too. For special circumstances, alternative shipping can sometimes be made. Contact us to find out.

Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

We do. When you order, you can choose UPS expedited options like 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and more.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It depends. All orders are made to order. When you place the order, the RV Graphics Store team will begin the process of creating your graphics.  The average lead time from order to product completion is one to two weeks and most orders are processed within a week. However, delays in shipment can sometimes occur if we have shortages of materials or other manufacturing delays. RV Graphics Store uses UPS for almost all shipments, so you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Will you send me tracking information?

Yes. RV Graphics Store uses UPS for almost all shipments, so you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Will you charge my credit card when my graphics are sent?

Orders are charged at the time the order is placed. That way, we don’t have to store any credit card information.

If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

Our graphics/products are made to order. We don't "stock." If there's a delay in supplies, we'll contact you immediately.

Do you ship to HI, AK, and US Territories?

We ship to Canada and all 50 US States. If you’re in a US territory, please contact us prior to ordering.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

RV Graphics Store uses UPS for almost all shipments, so shipments to these addresses isn’t possible. However, we might be able to use another shipping method. Please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We ship to Canada and all 50 US States.

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

We recommend that you do not place an order to an address you are about to vacate. If you really need to change the address, call us at 714-401-1898, and we might be able to get the change made if we haven't yet shipped your order.

Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

Possibly. Please call 714-642-5395 to discuss before placing your order.

What if the product is damaged during shipping?

If you received a damaged product, we’ll correct it ASAP. Let us know, so we can give you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and get you a UPS call tag. Also, we ask that you contact UPS to make a claim.

What if I never receive an order?

The RV Graphics Store  put tracking numbers on orders to prevent this from occurring. Your package will be tracked from the moment it leaves our warehouse – please try to be home or leave a note for the driver to put the package in a secure place. If you suspect that it might have gotten lost or stolen, you’ll have to check the tracking number with the carrier.

What happens if I refuse the shipment?

Refusing to accept the shipment isn't a good way to return your order. Instead, please accept the shipment and follow our normal return process. We have a very limited return policy, but you can view it here.

What if my graphics don't fit?

If the correct graphics were ordered, this is highly unlikely. Each order is custom made after the order is placed. The best thing to do is to contact us to discuss.

Can I return a graphic?

Because nearly all graphics from are made to order, all sales are final. It is best to contact us with any questions prior to ordering. If you receive an order that was damaged in shipping please notify us ASAP, and we’ll assist you.

Can I exchange a graphic?

If you order correct graphics, but incorrect products or damaged products are received, you may return the incorrect or damaged items at no additional charge. We will exchange them. Please call 714-401-1898 to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization). It is best to contact us with any questions prior to ordering to be sure you are ordering the correct graphic.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Because all our graphics are made to order, accepting returns and exchanges is rare. We are happy to answer questions and assist you with an order to make sure you’re getting what you want. Just contact us. If an incorrect product or damaged product was received, please call 714-642-5395 to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization).

What if you sent me the wrong graphic?

Contact the RV Graphic Store customer service department as soon as possible. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. The incorrect item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

What if I ordered the wrong graphic?

Because orders are customized, all sales are final. Call us within 7 days of receipt to discuss your particular situation.

Do I have to pay any restocking fees?

At, we rarely restock items that are customized. If we do accept a return, typically a 15% restocking fee is applied.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. You’re responsible for return shipping fees. The only exception is if you have to return or exchange a product because of a mistake on our part or a delivery that arrived damaged. If it’s our mistake or a damaged product, you’ll receive a UPS call tag to return the graphics.

How long do returns take to process?

Please allow up to two weeks for processing.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

In the rare instance we accept a returned product, it typically takes two weeks to process.

What if the item is damaged during shipping?

Please call the team at RV Graphics Store right away at  714-401-1898. We’ll help you start the claims process with UPS and then send you a replacement as soon as possible. We recommend inspecting all packages before signing for them.

What if my return never arrives? Do I still get a refund or exchange?

Since the RV Graphic Store is not responsible for lost return shipments, we can’t issue a refund. That’s why we highly recommend getting a tracking number for your return shipment and possibly paying for the insurance.

What if my graphics were a gift? Can I return them?

We rarely allow for returns in any instance. Call us to discuss this.
